House Rules
This reservation commits you to the conditions listed below and its non-observance to the repair of the damage suffered.
1-CONDITIONS TO BE RESPECTED
-AUTHORIZED GUESTS
If you want to add other people to your reservation you must make the modification on the platform and pay the corresponding supplement.
The person who makes the reservation must inform us if he/she is not staying in the accommodation and is only reserving for third parties (employees, family etc.).
The communication of WIFI codes to third parties is strictly forbidden.
-SMOKERS
We remind you that this accommodation is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
Smokers are invited to smoke outside.
-ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Thank you for respecting the arrival and departure times in the accommodation
-arrival no earlier than 6:00 pm
-departure no later than 10:00 am
...so that the maintenance and cleaning staff have enough time to prepare the accommodation
2-DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE
If the guest does not return the property in its original condition (poor condition or maintenance, or cleaning not corresponding to the normal use of the rental or wear and tear), or leaves the accommodation after 10:00 am
the deposit will be returned after deduction of the costs of repair, cleaning and the damage suffered by the late departure.
A particular attention concerns ;
a-the overconsumption of water or electricity beyond ;
-1m3 of water per person per week.
-250kWh of electricity per week.
and not attributable to a leak or failure may be subject to a deduction from the security deposit.
A meter reading will be taken at the time of arrival.
b-the household linen, bed linen and towels which must be returned without indelible stains (nail polish, hair dye, bleach...), holes or tears....
c-waste that must be sorted and evacuated before leaving the accommodation in the corresponding containers according to the collection modalities of the municipal services;
-Household waste: collection on Saturdays from 6:00 am.
-Recyclable waste: collection on Monday from 6:00.
